Installing on Fire TV
Open Downloader on your Fire TV and enter 5169959 or kierstick.com/download. Download the APK, then follow Fire TV’s installation prompts. Allow installation from Downloader if your TV asks. Future updates can be checked inside KierStick Settings.
Already installed? Install over the existing app to keep your settings and watch history. Do not uninstall it first.
Future updates, directly on your TV
Open KierStick Settings → Check for Updates. The first time, allow KierStick under Fire TV Settings → My Fire TV (or Device & Software) → Developer Options → Install Unknown Apps → KierStick → ON. Then press Back to KierStick and finish the update. Use your physical remote on the permission screen.
Cannot see Developer Options? Open My Fire TV → About, select your device name seven times, then go Back. KierStick also includes these instructions under Fire TV Installation Help. Every installation still needs your confirmation.

Your data & account deletion
Streams go directly to your IPTV provider. We never receive your plaintext provider password or cloud recovery key. Opted-in cloud configuration and watch metadata are encrypted on your devices. Firebase handles sign-in and Stripe handles sandbox checkout.
A pseudonymous KierStick device identifier supports device bans. We do not collect MAC addresses, advertising identifiers or viewing data for membership administration. Resetting or modifying a device can bypass identity-based bans.
Deleting your account removes its encrypted cloud data and revokes TV sessions. Local history, provider setup and recordings remain. A keyed trial-abuse hash and necessary transaction/audit records are retained.
Accounts & access
Only configured developer accounts can enter. Sign in within five minutes and use a fresh authenticator code for each action. Customer emails are masked.

Developer accounts cannot be banned or suspended, to prevent account lockout.
Untick to grant from today. An existing longer paid membership will not be shortened.

These actions preserve cloud data, purchases and all local TV data. Revoking Premium is separate from suspending an account. Future valid purchases can activate Premium again.
